That is False  because the Seventh Coalition made up of many countries dissatisfied with the dictatorship combined their forces against Napoleon and defeated him but Russia was not part of the coalition, much less a main part of it so they were defeated by the British and Prussians, NOT Russians

The Battle of Waterloo occurred in Belgium, the year 1815, is considered by most historians, the final defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte. As military combat between the French army and factions composed of British, Dutch and Prussian forces, In this battle, there was no place for Russian troops.  

The pursuit of conquering Russia had previously failed. so it could be expected that Napoleon had waited to recover from this major loss. Instead of it, he decided to go on and attack a Coalition the Alliance that had been years previously trying to knock him out of European affairs.

As a final turnover for him, Wellington a British Commander had defeated him, there were no second chances for Napoleon after this subsequent loss. The French and people started to fed up as Napoleon was incapable of maintaining military victories, so they handled him to the British. He finally was sent to exile.
