To draw a human face realistically I recomend starting with simple shapes like a square than drawing a cricle inside to your desired size then draw the chin keeping it all in the square. You can then erase the square and draw the features on the face. For proportions the human bodies hand length should be the same length as your face and the ears should start at eyebrow level and end at mid cheeck level. the humans fingertips generally dont go past their knees.
