Sometimes someone could physically harm a person, causing the person to ignore them. Or other times people ignore others due to unwanted feelings they develop around the other person, such as if someone had a “crush” on someone they could ignore the person because that is a unwanted feeling. So yes, on the test the most logical answer should be true. But not every situation can be fixed by proper communication.
