What do i do if all my fashion(Haute Couture) designs are just copies of other designer clothes? i cant come up with designs that are very new and unique.this is just how my brain functions.the problem is that i may get sued for copyright infringement.

It is very likely that you could get sued for copyright infringement if you are writing off another designer's ideas as your own. The best way to boost your minds creativity so that you may create your own unique clothing ideas it to get out a pen (or other writing utensil) and paper and start sketching! Many people have brains with limited creativity which is normal but the only way to obtain and start manifesting your own style and expressing your own means of seeing the world is to start focusing on what you are capable of. Your first sketch may not be perfect but the more you practice the more you will see in yourself and familiarize with. You have a lot of potential you just simply need to find it! Experiment with anything you want and build from there!
