Dream shopping... or nightmare? So, I had this dream that I could buy anything, as long as I figured out the exact amount I owed. The trick was that I could not make any mistakes. If I made a mistake in the amount then I would not get the thing, and the dream would be over, and I would lose it all. At first, I was standing in a phone store, and the salesperson said “Circle the phone you want, then figure out how much it will cost with an added 7% sales tax. Oh, and be sure to show your work.” the salesperson said... so I wrote this down...
