Describe a day of your normal meals. What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner. How healthy do you think your choices are? If they are not healthy what can you add or subtract from your meals to make them more healthy? Do your meals contain all of the food groups?

Well I eat a lot of carbs so really no.I guess I could eat more vegies and fruits.I don't normally use all the food groups.I usually exercise a lot because I am a cheerleader and dancer so basically that could help.Other then that I just need to figure out how to stop eating so much bread and pasta.
