This program exercise #4 wants the user to write a program in python that contains a list of movies titles, years and movie rating. You will need to display a menu option that allows the user to list all of the movies, add a movie, delete a movie and exit out of the program. This will be done using lists and the functions to add an element to a list and how to delete an element to a list. The program should be written utilizing functions in python for the main function, the display_menu function, the delete function, the add function and the list movie function.
