Education and training is needed in our society, when we are educated it will be easy for us to get jobs

People will be having the knowledge that employers need for us to be employed. So people should be encouraged to study.

2.Encourage entrepreneurship reduce unemployment  

Teach people about entrepreneurship. This will help because they won’t wait for the government to provide jobs. People will start small business and be able to create job opportunities to others

3.Stimulating growth and increasing employment, if government were to adopt a package of realistic policies. unemployment is high because economic growth was low.

4. Government has to change the terms of debate in the country on how to achieve faster growth and on what is required to build a more job-rich economy like through encouraging industrialization and putting in place favorable government regulation regarding starting of businesses.
