i bclicve that every child should be ablc to have a pct. Each ycar, more than 5 million
pets are sent to animal shelters. Since there are over 110 million people in the Philippines, taking in a pet would help reduce the number of animals in a shelter. While this would help animals, this would benefit children too. They learn how to be responsible.
