Explanation: All of the coldwar was just a big scaring contest. Nobody bombed anyone, they just wanted to show which country had the better technology/weapons. The Cuban missile crisis was how the Soviet union had a boat out in the ocean full of missiles on us, and we had missiles on them. Neither one of us would step down, but eventually we came to an agreement and both of us let our missiles down. Hopefully this helps!
