Domain and Range Question-
Hi, I'm not sure how to go forward with this question. How would we find the range of g(x) if we are only given the domain and range of f(x)?
On a side note, I know the transformations for functions equation looks something like this:
[tex]g(x) = - a f ( - b (x-h))+k[/tex]
Can anyone explain to me what g(x) stands for? And f and x too? What do we input exactly and what exactly do we get as the output? What if we only have x and not f?
Thank you for any and all clarification!
